The Southwest Monsoon has further withdrawn from some more parts of Jharkhand, most parts of Chhattisgarh, remaining parts of Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat State and North Arabian Sea, entire Marathwada and Konkan & Goa and some parts of Odisha, Telangana, North Interior Karnataka and Central Arabian Sea.
The withdrawal line of Southwest Monsoon passes through Forbesganj, Ranchi, Jharsuguda, Hanamkonda, Belgaum, Goa, Lat.15.0°N/Long. 70.0°E and Lat.15.0°N/Long. 60.0°E.

The Western Disturbance as an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Jammu & Kashmir and neighborhood extending up to 3.1 km above mean sea level persists.
There is a fresh Western Disturbance as an Upper Air Trough in Mid-Tropospheric Westerlies roughly along Long. 50.0°E and North of Lat. 30.0°N.
Forecast: 16th October to 20th October 2015
Conditions are favorable for further withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon from some more parts of East and Northeast India during next 2 to 3 days.
Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch:
The Maximum Temperature is expected to remain above normal by 1 to 2 C over many places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch till 18th October. The Maximum Temperature will be near normal 19th/20 October. Weather will be clear on most days and partly cloudy on a few days during the forecast period. Wind will be between Northwest & Northeast and will change frequently.

દક્ષીણ પશ્ચિમ ચોમાસુ સમગ્ર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત, મહારાષ્ટ્ર, ગોવા, તેમજ ઓડીશા, તેલંગાના અને ઊત્તર અંદરૂની કર્નાટકા ના ભાગો માંથી તેમજ ઝારખંડ અને છતીશગઢ ના થોડા વધુ ભાગો માંથી વિદાય લીધી છે.
દક્ષીણ પશ્ચિમ ચોમાસા ની વિદાય રેખા નકશા માં બતાવેલ છે. 15 ઓક્ટોબર તારીખ લખેલ લીલી લીટી ની ઉત્તરે બધા વિસ્તારો માંથી ચોમાસા એ વિદાય લીધી તેમ સમજવાનું.
વેસ્ટર્ન ડીસ્ટર્બન્સ 3.1 કિમી ના લેવલે જમ્મુ કાશ્મીર અને આસપાસ છે.
નવું વેસ્ટર્ન ડીસ્ટર્બન્સ વેસ્ટરલી અપર ટ્રફ તરીખે 50E. અને 30N આસપાસ છે.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ:
તારીખ 18 સુધી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ ના ઘણા સેન્ટરો માં મહત્તમ તાપમાન નોર્મલ થી 1 થી 2 C ઊંચું રહેશે. તારીખ 19 અને 20 ના મહત્તમ તાપમાન નોર્મલ આસપાસ આવશે. વાતાવરણ વધુ દિવસો ચોખું રહેશે અને અમૂક દિવસે છુટા છવાયા વાદળો થશે. પવનો ઊત્તર પશ્ચિમ થી ઊત્તર પૂર્વ વચ્ચે રહેશે જે ફર્યા રાખશે.
