As per IMD morning Bulletin based on (05.30 am. IST conditions):

The low pressure area over eastcentral and adjoining southeast Arabian sea has become well marked low pressure area over the same region. Associated upper air cyclonic circulation extends upto mid-tropospheric levels. It would concentrate into a depression during next 24 hours.
