A Low Pressure formed over the East Central Bay of Bengal on Monday the 17th October. It strengthened further to a Well Marked Low Pressure yesterday located at 18.2N & 88.4E. Early this morning the System strengthened further to a Depression located at 20.0N & 90.5E. with 1003 mb. pressure. The winds are of 45 to 50 Kms./hour. It is about 300 Kms. South Southwest from Chittagong, Bangla Desh and is expected to track Northeastwards.
