Monsoon Watch
Southwest monsoon has further advanced into the remaining parts of Chhattisgarh, some parts of east Madhya Pradesh and some more parts of east Uttar Pradesh.
The northern limit of monsoon (NLM) passes through 22.0°N/60.0°E, Porbandar, Veraval, Dahanu, Nasik, Adilabad, Gondia, Umaria, Allahabad, Bahraich and Lat 28.0°N/ Long. 81.0°E.
Conditions are favourable for further advance of southwest monsoon over some more parts of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh during next 2-3 days.
