Depression Over Northwest Arabian Sea Weakens To A Well Marked Low Pressure – New Low Pressure Develops Off South Odisa Coast Over NW Bay Of Bengal – 29th June 2016

Current Weather Conditions on 29th June 2016

As per IMD:   The Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation lies over Westcentral Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh- South Odisa coast  and extends between 3.6 & 9.5 Km above mean sea level. Under its influence a Low Pressure is likely to form during next 24 hours.

NRL is Monitoring Bay System as 94B.INVEST located at Lat. 18.2 N & Long. 85.5 E with 25 knots winds and 1004 millibar pressure. It is already a Low Pressure and now reaching Well Marked Low Pressure strength (Not yet confirmed by IMD ).

JTWC  Final Warning & Forecast Track for 02A.TWO ( Well Marked Low Pressure )  28th June 2016 @ 2100 UTC ( 29th June 02.30 am. IST )

The System has weakened on 28th June 2016 @ 1800 UTC was Lat. 20.5N & Long. 63.3E so final warning has been issued by JTWC. It will be monitored for redevelopment from the remnant of the System. System has tracked back Eastwards and was Located at Lat. 20.8 N. & Long. 65.1 E at 0600 UTC on 29th June 2016.

As per IMD the Arabian Sea System has weakened to a Well Marked Low Pressure. For details see below:
