Current Weather Conditions on 18th June 2016
The Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into remaining parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal, some more parts of North Interior Karnataka, some parts of Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and Telangana and some more parts of Jharkhand and Bihar.
The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) passes through Lat. 15.0°N/ Long. 60.0°E, Lat. 15.0°N/ Long.70.0°E, Karwar, Gadag, Hanamkonda, Rajnandgaon, Ranchi and Forbesganj.
Conditions are favorable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into remaining parts of Central Arabian Sea, some parts of Madhya Maharashtra, entire Konkan & Goa and Marathwada, remaining parts of North Interior Karnataka, Telangana, Vidarbha, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, some parts of East Madhya Pradesh and some more parts of Bihar by 20th June 2016.
