There has been scattered rain and or showers at many places over Saurashtra from 10th October till yesterday. There is Mid-Upper Air Circulation over South Gujarat and South of Saurashtra; as well as high humidity at 850 Mb. and 700 Mb. level. The winds are variable. The Monsoon Low over Pakistan has now disappeared.

The Low Pressure in the Bay of Bengal had strengthened to a Well Marked Low pressure yesterday. The System has further strengthened to a Depression Located in morning at 18N. 90E with Barometric pressure of 1002 Mb. and winds of 45 Kms./Hr. This Depression is expected to track North Westwards and also strengthen further to a Deep Depression within next 24 hours. This System is expected to be active for 4 to five days.
