The Deep Depression has tracked North Eastwards across Saurashtra from coastal areas of Saurashtra near Diu to over Amreli District, Bhavnagar District and adjoining Botad District and was located in Surendranagar District at 0600 UTC ( 11.30 am. IST ). The System is expected to weaken to a Depression soon.
The dense clouding associated with this System is yet to the Southwest of the System and will follow the System.
Medium, heavy,very heavy and extremely heavy rainfall has bee reported over most parts of Saurashtra, South Gujarat, Central Gujarat. Less quantum vicinity Ahmedabad & Kutch.
