Current Weather Conditions on 29th July 2015 @ 2.30 pm.
The Deep Depression over Southwest Rajasthan & adjoining Gujarat moved North Northeastwards and has weakened into a depression and lay centered at 0830 hours IST of today, the 29th July 2015 over West Rajasthan & neighborhood near Lat. 27.2°N and Long. 73.0°E, about 50 km South Southwest of Bikaner (Rajasthan). It would move slowly North Northeastwards and weaken into a well marked low pressure area during next 24 hours.
There is a Deep Depression over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh whuch remained practically stationary and lay centred at 0830 hours IST of today, the 29th July, 2015 near Lat. 21.0°N and Long. 91.0°E, 160 km South Southwest of Chittagong (Bangladesh) and about 300 km Southeast of Kolkata. The system would move nearly Northward and cross Bangladesh Coast between Long. 90.5°E and 91.5°E around 30th forenoon and it would move West Northwestwards thereafter.
The Axis of Monsoon trough passes through Center of Depression over West Rajasthan & neighborhood, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Bhagalpur and thence Southeastwards to Center of Deep Depression over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh and extends upto 5.8 km above mean sea level.
The Western Disturbance as an upper air trough in mid tropospheric westerlies roughly along Longitude 64.0°E & north of Latitude 28.0°N.
The off-shore trough at mean sea level from Karnataka coast to Kerala coast has become less marked.

Today the 29th July there will be rain for areas of Gujarat adjoining Rajasthan and West Madhya Pradesh. Rain amounts to tapper off from tomorrow.
Bay of Bengal System will not be in the vicinity of Saurashtra Kutch or Gujarat up to the forecast period (2nd August )
