Monsoon will be active over Andhra Pradesh today because of a Cyclonic Circulation over Andhra Coast and neighbourhood. This system is expected to travel in a North Westwards direction during the next two three days through Kannataka and Maharashtra and then to Gujarat. Till then, clearer weather expected over Saurashtra from 24th to 26th August.

Scattered rain on various days totalling 5 Cms. to 8 Cms. can be expected over most parts of Saurashtra, Kutch & North Gujarat mainly between 27th to 30th August. Heavy scattered rainfall of 10 Cms. to 15 Cms. over South Gujarat and Central Gujarat during this forecast period.
