The Depression BOB 06 has weakened to a Well Marked Low Pressure yesterday and is now located around Madhya Pradesh Gujarat border. It is expected to move in the Westward direction. A cyclonic circulation over Gujarat and nearby Arabian sea now located around Jamnagar - Dwarka - Porbandar region will combine with this Well Marked Low Pressure approaching from North Gujarat through North Saurashtra. The weather conditons over Saurashtra and North Gujarat and rest of Gujarat will yeild very heavy rains under the cumulative effects of both these systems.

8th August to 10th August: 10 Cms. to 20 cms. of rains for most of the areas in the path of combined system with exceptionally heavy rains of more than 20 Cms. at some the coastal areas in Saurshtra & Gujarat.
