A Low Pressure has developed over the Bay of Bengal yesterday. It is expected that this Low Pressure will give rains to North Indian States along the foothills of Himalayas.

11h August to 16th August: Light scattered rain on various days totalling 1 Cms. to 3 Cms. can be expected over 75 % of Saurashtra during this period. Rest of 25 % of Saurashtra including Coastal Saurashtra will get sporadic moderate rainfalls totalling from 4 to 10 Cms. during this forecast period. South Gujarat can get 10 to 20 Cms. of rain, while rest of Gujarat can get 2 Cms. to 5 Cms. of rain during the forecast period.
