The Depression over the East Central Bay Of Bengal tracked back Southwest during the last 24 hours. The system has weakened to a Low Pressure wind speeds of 20 knots and 1003 Mb. Pressure and was located at 16.1 N & 90.7 E on 23rd May 2014 @ 1200 UTC ( 5.30 pm. IST ) about 650 Kms. Southeast of Odisha Coast.

Southwest monsoon has further advanced  into remaining parts of southeast Bay of Bengal, some parts of southwest Bay of Bengal, some more parts of eastcentral Bay of Bengal and some parts of westcentral and northeast Bay of Bengal. The northern limit of monsoon (NLM) passes through 05.0° N/84.0° E, 10.0° N/85.0°  E, 14.0° N/87.0° E, 18.0° N/90.0° E and 21.0° N/92.0° E.
