The current withdrawal line of Southwest Monsoon passes through Tawang, Agartala, Lat.20°N/Long.90°E, Lat.17°N/ Long.86°E, Machilipatnam, Kurnool, Karwar, Lat.15°N/Long.70°E, Lat.15°N/Long.65°E, Lat.15°N/Long.60°E.
There is an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Westcentral Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood extending upto 2.1 km. above mean sea level.
Conditions are favorable for onset of North East Monsoon over Tamilnadu from tomorrow the 29th Ocotber.

A Low Pressure is expected to form in the South Bay of Bengal around 3rd November and Tamilnadu Coast is expected to be affected by this System around the Diwali time 5th November. A wet Diwali for Tamilnadu.
