Report of some thunder activity over some parts of Vadodara, Jambusar and some areas near Dahod.

Weather Conditions on 9th October 2017

The Southwest Monsoon withdrawal line continues to pass through Uttarkashi, Agra, Shivpur, Kalyan, Gandhinagar, Dwarka, Lat. 22°N/Long. 65°E and Lat. 22°N/Long. 60°E. from 30th September on wards.

A Well Marked Low Pressure was over North Bay of Bengal yesterday. Early morning of 9th October it Concentrated into a Depression over West Bengal & neighborhood. Subsequently, it intensified into a Deep Depression and lay centered at 0830 ISt today, the 9th October 2017 over the same region near Kolkata. This System is expected to tract West Northwestwards next 24 hours and Northwards thereafter.

There is a Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Madhya Maharasthra & neighborhood and extends up to 3.1 km above mean sea level.

There is also an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Eastcentral Arabian Sea & neighborhood at 3.1 km above mean sea level.

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch

 

Update for 9th October to 14th October 2017

There is a possibility of scattered showers/rain over South Gujarat & East Central Gujarat during the forecast period with quantum decreasing going Northwards from South Gujarat. Similarly possibility of scattered showers for some pockets of South/East Coastal Saurashtra on few days during the forecast period mainly 12th/13th. The Maximum Temperature is expected to remain high till 12th and then decrease over some parts of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat and most hot centers would be around 38/40 C.

 

Note: Farmers are dependent on Nature. Optimum time of harvesting and other agricultural activity is a critical decision farmer has to make by himself.

અપડેટ 9 થી 14 ઓક્ટોબર 2017

આગાહી સમય માં દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત તેમજ મધ્ય ગુજરાત માં છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા/વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે જેમાં દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત થી ઉત્તર બાજુ જતા માત્રા ઘટવા માં સમજવી. તેમજ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના દક્ષિણ/પૂર્વ દરિયા પટ્ટી ના ભાગો માં અમૂક દિવસે (12/13ના ) ઝાપટા ની શક્યતા છે. 12 તારીખ સુધી ગરમી નું પ્રમાણ વધુ રહેશે જેમાં ગરમ સેન્ટરો 38/40 સુધી રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ અમૂક વિસ્તાર માં રાહત રહેશે અને તાપમાન જનરલ આંશિક ઘટશે.
