Cyclonic Storm "LAILA" in the Bay of Bengal has tracked West Northwestwards during the last 24 hours and is currently located at 13.0N. 83.5E. with winds of 80 Kms. gusting to 100 Kms./Hour. The Central Pressure is 985 Mb. System is about 350 Kms. East of Chennai and about 350 to 400 Kms. from Andhra Coast. The Wave height is 4 Meters and the System is moving West Northwestwards at 20 Kms./Hour. However, after 24 hours it is expected to track more Northerly direction towards the Andhra Coast.
