The Low Pressure System being the remnant of Cyclone "JAL" tracked towards Saurashtra on 9th & 10 November. There was widespread unseasonal rain over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat with most of the heavy rainfall along the Coastal Saurashtra from 9th till 12th November. There was scattered rain over parts of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, & Rajasthan. There has been very heavy moisture incursion due to continued South Westerly winds over Saurashtra & Gujarat. The moisture has reached Rajasthan, and also Madhya Pradesh.

In the absence of North East dry winds, and due to high humidity over Saurashtra, Kutch, Gujarat, West Madhya Pradesh, South Rajasthan, Maharashtra, scattered showers will continue over all these regions at least till 16th November.
