Rainfall over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat has decreased during the last 24 hours. There is sunshine and partly cloudy sky. Scattered showers have occurred yesterday. The Temperature and Barometric Pressure is on the rise. Currently no System is active over Saurashtra or Gujarat.
The axis of monsoon trough passes through Bikaner, Alwar, Kanpur, Varanasi, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Balasore and thence Southeastwards to Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. The axis of Monsoon is expected to shift northwards along Uttar Pradesh and along the Himalayas region within next few days.
Saurashtra:
Partly cloudy sky with off and on sunshine from 10th to 14th August. Rise in temperatures and evening scattered showers possible on 10th & 11th August. Area and quantity of rain will diminish.
Due to Northward shift of the axis of Monsoon, the rains will be restricted to East and Northern India.
