The Maximum and Minimum Temperatures over Saurashtra & Gujarat has been 2 to three Degrees above normal for this time of the year. Rajkot recorded Maximum Temperature of 34.9 Degrees C and Minimum Temperature of 20.2 Degrees C, both being 2 and 3 Degrees above normal respectively. Similarly Ahmedabad Rajkot recorded Maximum Temperature of 35.4 Degrees C and Minimum Temperature of 19.4 Degrees C, both being 2 Degrees above normal. Yesterday the Maximum in India was at Surat at 36.6 Degrees C. while Mumbai was a close second at 36.4 Degrees C.

The Minimum Temperatures are expected to decline from Wednesday night and Thursday morning by 2 to 3 Degrees C. over most areas of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat and are expected to be near normal on 17th to 19th November. The Minimum Temperatures over Saurashtra could reach 16 to 17 Degrees C.
The Maximum Temperatures could go up to 37 to 38 Degrees C during this forecast period over some areas in the vicinity of Dadra Nagar Haveli & North Konkan (19.5N to 20N & 73E).
