The Mid Upper Level Circulation at 700 Mb. level still exists over Arabian Sea and adjoining Porbandar Dwarka Coast of Western Saurashtra. Yesterday's Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation from M.P. is now over Southeast Rajathan and adjoining M.P. border & North Gujarat border. There is very good moisture incursion from the Arabian Sea over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat.
