The weather over Saurashtra has been mostly cloudy with periods of sunshine. There were scattered showers over isolated places but no meaningful rainfall anywhere over Saurashtra.
Normally an Axis of Monsoon exists diagonally accross India from Barmer Rajasthan and adjoining Pakistan to North M.P., East M.P. North Chhatishgarh, Orissa and thence towards the Bay of Bengal. However, currently the Axis of Monsoon has shifted Northwards and it runs along the foothills of Himalayas. Hence we have a Break Monsoon conditions over the country. Break Monsoon is expected to end by 6th July.

Scattered showers to rainfall amounting to cumulatively up to 1 to 2 Cms. during the forecast period. Break Monsoon condition is expected to end by 6th July, so we can expect conducive weather for Saurashtra from 6th July. Update will be given on Monday for the same.
