Heat wave conditions have prevailed over Saurashtra, Kutch, Gujarat and Coastal Maharashtra for the last three days. The Maximum Temperature at Rajkot today was 40.2 Degrees C. and most of the Cities of the above regions were one to two Degrees lower than yesterday except for Vallabh Vidyanagar which recorded 41 Degrees C. and Bhavnagar recorded 41.1 Degrees C.

The Maximum Temperatures will decrease from tomorrow and the Winds will start blowing mainly from the westward direction. There will be increase in the night and morning humidity for the next five days.
Heat Wave belt is expected to shift Eastwards during the next few days. Heat wave is expected over Vidarbha and North Andhra in a day or two.
