As had been forecast on 10th August that Bhavnagar District will receive light to medium rainfall, Bhavnagar received 129 mm., Ghogha 56 mm. and Mahuva 29 mm. in 24 hour period ending 8.30 am. today. there has been scattered light to medium showers rainfall over many parts of Saurashtra.

There is an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Northeast Arabian Sea and adjoining Western Saurashtra, Kutch and Sindh.

Off-shore trough runs from Kutch and Saurashtra along 70 E. up to 18N and is far from Western Coast of India.

Pakistan is expected to get a good round of rainfall up to 16th August. Isolated places could get more than 15 Cms during the forecast period. Earlier  It was indicated on 10th August Forecast that Pakistan will get rain during 12th to 14th August.
