There weather over North Western U.S. is clearing out. The rain has tapered after creating records at many places for March maximum rainfall.

Eastern U.S.
Clear to Partly cloudy conditions are expected for most of Eastern U.S with Temperatures on the rise. Maximum Temperatures are expected to be in the 70 F to 85 F range.

Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota, & Wisconsin. Also Washington & Oregon
Wet weather is expected for parts of these States during 3rd/4th and 6th/7th April with rain expected to be 2" to 3.5" for 50% of the area and less quantity in the rest of the area of these States.
