દક્ષીણ પશ્ચિમ ચોમાસું સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં તેમજ ગુજરાત માં આગળ વધ્યું. ચોમાસું રેખા હવે પોરબંદર, સુરેન્દ્રનગર થઇ ને ઉદેપુરમાંથી પાસ થઇ અજમેર અને બિકાનેર માંથી પાસ થાય છે.
The Southwest monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of Gujarat and Rajasthan and remaining parts of Madhya Pradesh.
The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) passes through Lat. 21°N / Long. 60°E, Lat.21°N / Long. 65°E, Porbandar, Surendernagar, Udaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner and Lat. 28°N / Long. 72°E.

sir, thank you for information but sir how do you know about this systems pridiction.what is the perameter? my assumption is only visually and some on weather science ? sir, how we know track of the system?
There are weather charts by IMD and by observing the forecast weather charts we can decide about movement of the Low Pressure or Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation. Clouds form and go away within few hours and develop also in few hours.

sir there is an uac near saurastra cost and low is on oddisa what is the chance both system met.as past observation most of time it happen and give heavy rain.

I just want to confirm that, I am here in Ahmedabad, the monsoon line is now over Ahmedabad as figure shows but there is no rainfall in Ahmedabad at all since last couple of days then can it be said like monsoon has entered in Ahmedabad?
It is a fact that there is no rain in Ahmedabad in last two days. However, the Advance of Monsoon line has covered Ahmedabad because the areas to the South as well to the North of Ahmedabad has received rain. The line is imaginary and indicates the Advance of Monsoon. Ahmedabad will receive meaningful rainfall by 16th July.

700 hPa charts would be important for Central India as well as Gujarat & Saurashtra for rain from the incoming BOB low which will become a UAC at 700 hPa. which would track Westwards towards Gujarat.

IMD is the best. It shows what is happening. If clouds form and then disappear in few hours other satellite images will also show disappear.

વાદળો લો ની આગળ ચાલે છે. જ્યાં લો પ્રેસર હોઈ તે જગ્યા સામાન્ય રીતે ખાલી હોઈ (વાદળો ઓછા હોઈ ). ચોમાસું મોન્સૂન ટ્રફ ૩ કિમી ઉપર એમપી થી ગુજરાત છવાશે.
