Current Weather Conditions on 27th August 2016

There is a Low Pressure over West Central Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh coast. The Associated UAC extending up to mid-tropospheric levels tilting South Westwards with height.

The Axis of Monsoon trough at mean sea level  continue to pass through Bikaner, Guna, Jabalpur, Durg Center of Low Pressure area and  thence East­southeastwards to Eastcentral Bay of Bengal.

There is a broad UAC over Maharashtra, Southern Madhya Pradesh area and near Gujarat at 700 hPA.

Forecast: 27th-29th August 2016

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch:   Rainy weather to continue during the forecast period. The Low Pressure over Coastal A.P. will remain in that area for some time.
