The axis of monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Ferozepur, Ambala, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Bhagalpur, Malda and thence Eastwards to East Arunachal Pradesh. It extends up to 0.9 km above mean sea level.
The western end of monsoon trough is shifting northwards thereby the axis of monsoon trough has nearly moved to along the foothills of Himalayas.
The off-shore trough at mean sea level continue to run from South Maharashtra coast to Kerala coast.

sir under what situation or circumstances does thunderstrom happens and under what situation does normal rain(without thunderstrom) happen? my son has thunderstrom phobia and is very scarred of it
Thunderstorms can generally form and develop in any particular geographic location, perhaps most frequently within areas located at mid-latitude when warm moist air collides with cooler air.
Normally when the first rain starts or there is break in monsoon rain and resumes again thunder happens more often.

Whens scattered is used in forecast it miss hit or miss for a particular location.

sir as per imd and your pridiction low is develop in bob 18 august in west central side. there is a chance of rain is more for us when low is develop around ap and oddisa cost?
