IMD મુજબ:
અરબી સમુદ્ર નું વેલ માર્ક લો પ્રેસર સિસ્ટમ ડિપ્રેસન માં પરિવર્તિત થયેલ છે અને મુખ્યત્વે પશ્ચિમ તરફ ગતિ કરશે એટલે કે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર થી દૂર. આવતા 12 કલાક માં મજબૂત બની ડીપ ડિપ્રેસન થશે અને ત્યાર બાદ ના 24 કલાક માં વધુ આગળ જતા વાવાઝોડા માં પરિવર્તિત થશે. સિસ્ટમ આવતા ત્રણ દિવસ ઓમાન તરફ ગતિ કરશે.

Current Weather Conditions on 20th September 2019

Some weather features from IMD :

The Low Pressure area over East Central Arabian Sea off North Maharashtra coast with the Associated Cyclonic Circulation extending up to 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting Southwards with height persists. It is likely to move West Northwestwards and become More Marked and Concentrate into a Depression during next 48 hours.

The East-­West Shear Zone now runs roughly along Latitude 18°N across Central parts of peninsular India between 0.9 km & 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting Southwards with height.

A Western Disturbance as a Cyclonic Circulation at 5.8 km above mean sea level lies over North Pakistan & neighborhood.

Some More Weather features:
At Noon the Arabian Sea Low Pressure was 130 km. South of Southern Saurashtra Coast and about 225 km. West of North Konkan Coast. SInce the System is in proximity to Saurashtra Coast, apart from the Clouding near the System, there would be Clouds also associated with this System passing over various parts of Gujarat State during the next few days.

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch:

Forecast: 20th to 23rd September 2019

Note: I do not Forecast more than a week ( Referred to as Hu LGAKN in the blog comments). 

Cloudy and Sunshine mixed weather during the forecast period. Thunder storms can be expected due to the System and wind directions will be erratic at times. When the System reaches Depression strength the winds would be 40 to 55 km. speed near the System.

South Gujarat: Expected to receive Scattered Medium Rainfall with Isolated Heavy Rainfall on few days during the forecast period.

East Central Gujarat : Expected to receive Scattered Light/Medium Rainfall on few days with Isolated Heavy Rainfall during the forecast period.

North Gujarat:  Expected to get Scattered Light Rainfall with Isolated Medium Rainfall on few days during the forecast period..

Coastal Saurashtra: Coastal Districts of Porbandar, Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli & Bhavnagar and adjoining areas Expected to get Scattered Light/Medium Rainfall with Isolated heavy Rainfall on few days of the forecast period.

Rest of Saurashtra: Scattered Showers/Light Rainfall with Isolated Medium Rainfall expected on few days during the forecast period.

Kutch: Expected to get Scattered showers/Light Rainfall with Isolated Medium Rainfall some time during the forecast period.

20 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2019 ની સ્થિતિ:

નોર્થ કોંકણ થી નજીક મધ્ય પૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્ર માં એક લો પ્રેસર થયું છે. આનુસંગિક યુએસી 7.6 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે અને વધતી ઉંચાઈએ દક્ષિણ તરફ ઝુકે છે. સિસ્ટમ ટ્રેક પશ્ચિમ ઉત્તર પશ્ચિમ તરફ ગતિ કરશે અને આવતા 48 કલાક માં WMLP અને ત્યાર બાદ ડિપ્રેસન માં પરિવર્તિત થશે.

ઇસ્ટ વેસ્ટ શિયર ઝોન 18 N Lat. માંથી પાસ થાય છે જે નોર્થ કોંકણ થી પૂર્વ ભારત બાજુ સુધી છે અને 0.9 કિમિ થી 5.8 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે અને વધતી ઉંચાઈએ દક્ષિણ તરફ ઝુકે છે.

વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ યુએસી તરીકે નોર્થ પાકિસ્તાન અને આસપાસ ના વિસ્તાર માં 5.8 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈએ છે.

થોડા વધુ પરિબળો:
આજે બપોરે 12 વાગ્યે લો પ્રેસર નોર્થ કોંકણ થી 225 કિમિ પશ્ચિમે અને સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના દક્ષિણ કિનારા થી 130 કિમિ દક્ષિણે હતું।. સિસ્ટમ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર નજીક હોય સિસ્ટમ ના વાદળો સિવાય તેના આનુસંગિક વાદળો અવાર નવાર ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ઉપર થી પસાર થતા રહેશે આવત થોડા દિવસ,

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ:
આગાહી: સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ તારીખ 20 સપ્ટેમ્બર થી 23 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2019

નોંધ: હું એક અઠવાડિયા થી વધુ ની આગાહી કરતો નથી. Hu LGAKN એટલે હું લાંબા ગાળા ની આગાહી કરતો નથી !

વાદળ અને તડકો બંને મિક્સ વાતાવરણ રહેશે આગાહી સમય માં. સિસ્ટમ આધારિત વરસાદ માં ગાજ વીજ ની શક્યતા હોય. પવન પણ અચાનક ફેર ફાર થાય. ડિપ્રેસન થાય ત્યારે 40-55 કિમિ ની ઝડપ સિસ્ટમ નજીક હોય.

દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત: આગાહી સમય ના બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયા મધ્યમ વરસાદ અને અમુક જગ્યાએ ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.

મધ્ય પૂર્વ ગુજરાત : આગાહી સમય ના બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયો હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ અને અમુક જગ્યાએ ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.

નોર્થ ગુજરાત: આગાહી સમય માં બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયો હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.

કોસ્ટલ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના અમુક જિલ્લાઓ : પોરબંદર, જૂનાગઢ, ગીર સોમનાથ, અમરેલી અને ભાવનગર જિલ્લા અને આસપાસ ના વિસ્તાર માં આગાહી સમય ના બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા/હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ અને અમુક જગ્યાએ ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.

બાકી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર: આગાહી સમય માં બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયો ઝાપટા હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.

કચ્છ:  આગાહી સમય માં બે ત્રણ દિવસ છુટા છવાયો ઝાપટા હળવો/મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા.
