IST<\/h3>\n<h3>Last Night Conditions:<\/h3>\n<h3>The axis of monsoon trough continues to run close to the foothills of Himalayas.<\/h3>\n<h3>There is an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Southeast \u00a0Arabian sea &amp; neighborhood extending upto 2.1 km above mean sea level. This UAC will fizzle out in 24 hours.<\/h3>\n<h3>The North-South trough in lower levels from East Bihar to North Bay of Bengal extending upto 2.1 km above mean sea level persists. Under its influence, An Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation is likely to develop over North Bay of Bengal by 23rd August.<\/h3>\n<h3>The \u00a0 Western \u00a0 Disturbance \u00a0 as \u00a0 an \u00a0 Upper \u00a0 Air \u00a0 Cyclonic \u00a0Circulation \u00a0 over \u00a0Jammu \u00a0 &amp; Kashmir \u00a0&amp; neighborhood \u00a0extending upto Mid-Tropospheric levels persists.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>There are two Systems (Cyclones) in the West Pacific, Typhoon GONI &amp; Typhoon ATSANI. GONI attained a maximum speed of 115 knots on 18th August while ASANI attained maximum speed of 140 knots on 19th August. Currently GONI has 105 knots wind speed while ATSANI has 115 knots. ( 1 knot=1.85 kms.). Both these Typhoons are tracking Westwards then will track Northwest and then North and finally expected to recurve Northeastwards.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3>Forecast: 21st August to 26th August 2015<\/h3>\n<h3>Saurashtra, Kutch &amp; Gujarat<\/h3>\n<h3>Wait for good rain will continue during the forecast period since no meaningful rainfall is forecast for Saurashtra, Kutch &amp; Gujarat from 21st to 26th August.
