IST<\/h3>\n<h3>Last Night Conditions:<\/h3>\n<h3>The Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over East Uttar Pradesh \u00a0&amp; adjoining \u00a0Bihar extending \u00a0upto 3.1 \u00a0km above mean sea level persists.<\/h3>\n<h3>The \u00a0 Axis \u00a0 of \u00a0 Monsoon \u00a0 trough \u00a0 passes \u00a0 through \u00a0 Amritsar, \u00a0 Ambala, \u00a0 Bareilly, \u00a0 Sultanpur, \u00a0 Patna, Bhagalpur and thence Eastwards to Manipur across Assam &amp; Meghalaya.<\/h3>\n<h3>The Western Disturbance as an Upper Air trough in Mid-Tropospheric Westerlies roughly along Longitude 72.0\u00b0E and north of Latitude 32.0\u00b0N persists.<\/h3>\n<h3>There is an Upper Air cyclonic Circulation over Southwest Bay of Bengal South of Sri Lanka at 3.1 km above mean sea level.<\/h3>\n<h3>There are two Systems (Cyclones) in the West Pacific, Typhoon GONI &amp; Typhoon ATSANI.
