However the UAC at 850 hPa level is over Kutch, Sindh &amp; adjoining Arabian Sea. The moisture laden winds are blowing from Arabian Sea over the Saurashtra Coast.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0The Upper \u00a0Air Cyclonic Circulation is now over Madhya Pradesh extending from 0.75 km upto 5.8 km above mean sea level.
