Current Weather Conditions on 13th July 2015 @ 5.30 pm.<\/h3>\n

The Depression System of 10th July over Jharkhand tracked Northwest and has today reached over Punjab and adjoining Haryana and has weakened to a Low Pressure. \u00a0Associated Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation extends up to 3.1 km above mean sea level.<\/h3>\n

The Axis of Monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Ganganagar, Meerut, Chapra, Bhagalpur, Diamond Harbor and thence South Eastwards to Northeast Bay of Bengal and extends up to 0.9 km above mean sea level.<\/h3>\n

The off-shore trough from Karnataka coast to Kerala coast persists.<\/h3>\n

Another Western Disturbance as an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Afghanistan now lies over North Pakistan and adjoining Afghanistan and extends upto 5.8 km above mean sea level.<\/h3>\n

There is an Upper level trough that\u00a0extends up to 3.1 km above mean sea level and runs from East Bihar to North Bay of Bengal across Gangetic West Bengal.<\/h3>\n

There has been a good round of rainfall due to the cumulative effects of the Depression System and Western Disturbance during 9th to 13th July for West Bengal, Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Odisha, M.P., Bihar, U.P., Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, New Delhi, Punjab, Haryana & North Rajasthan.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0Gujarat, Saurashtra & Kutch did not receive any rainfall from this System.<\/h3>\n

June 2015 average rainfall for whole Gujarat has been 172 mm.<\/h3>\n

July 2015 average rainfall for whole Gujarat up to 13th morning has been just 2 mm.<\/h3>\n

Whole Gujarat is eagerly waiting for meaningful July rainfall which is not yet in sight next three to four days.<\/h3>\n
