NORTH INDIAN OCEAN AREA (MALAY PENINSULA WEST TO COAST OF AFRICA):\r\n   A. TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY: NONE.\r\n   B. TROPICAL DISTURBANCE SUMMARY:\r\n      (1) AN AREA OF CONVECTION HAS PERSISTED NEAR 7.6N 68.6E,\r\nAPPROXIMATELY 715 NM SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF MUMBAI, INDIA. ANIMATED\r\nMULTISPECTRAL SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS A DEEPENING, ALBEIT\r\nDISORGANIZED, AREA OF CONVECTION WITH A POORLY-DEFINED LOW LEVEL\r\nCIRCULATION. UPPER LEVEL ANALYSIS INDICATES THE DISTURBANCE IS IN AN\r\nAREA OF LOW VERTICAL WIND SHEAR AND GOOD RADIAL OUTFLOW. NUMERIC\r\nWEATHER PREDICTION MODELS ARE CONSISTENT IN DEVELOPING THIS AREA INTO\r\nA 35-KNOT SYSTEM IN AS EARLY AS 36 HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE\r\nWINDS ARE ESTIMATED AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS. MINIMUM SEA LEVEL PRESSURE IS\r\nESTIMATED TO BE NEAR 1007 MB. THE POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A\r\nSIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS IS LOW.\r\n      (2) NO OTHER SUSPECT AREAS.\r\n2.
