A Depression has formed over Southeast\/Central Bay of Bengal and currently lying near Lat. 12.7 N and Long. 87.8 E, about 500 Km. West of Andaman Nicobar Islands. The Central Presssure is 1001 Mb. and winds at 50 Kms.\/Hour with gusts upto 65 Kms.\/Hour. Initially the System is tracking Northwards at 5 Kms.\/Hour.<\/p>\n
Convective clouds associated with this System are spread over a very large area measuring 300 to 400 Kms. from its core. Rainfall coverage will depend upon the future movement of this System.<\/p>\n
