The system is located South of Kanyakumari and West of Shri Lanka at 7.1N and 78.2E. with winds at 45 to 50 Kms.\/Hour with Central Pressure of 1004 Mb. The Convective cloud associated with this system are spread over a big area on both the sides of the Indian ocean viz.
