Wind speed 10 to 15 km\/hour speed during the forecast period with gusts on somedays reaching 20 kms\/hour. Scattered clouds expected on some days (25th to 26th February &amp; 1st March) of the forecast period.<\/p>\n<p>Currently the Normal Minimum Temperature is 14 C to 16 C for most parts of Gujarat.
