An Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation has developed over the Southeast Bay Of Bengal at\u00a0 5.00 N and 90.0E.\u00a0Under its influence, a Low Pressure area would develop over Southeast Bay of Bengal around the same area by tomorrow.<\/p>\n

JTWC has started a monitoring this area in the Southeast Bay of Bengal as 98B.INVEST from today 12th November 0630 UTC. location 5.6 N & 90.2 E. with 15 knots winds and now Pressure has been updated to 1004 Mb.<\/p>\n
