Apart from Cyclonic Storm “MURJAN” there are two more areas of weather events that would affect the weather of Indian Peninsula and adjoining areas.<\/p>\n
First is the trough of Low over Southwest Bay of Bengal off Sri Lanka coast which is expected to move Westwards and cross over to Arabian Sea. This would give rainfall to the Western Peninsula.<\/p>\n
Second weather event is the System 93W.INVEST which is being monitored by JTWC from 22nd October. On 24th October this system has crossed over from the Gulf of Thailand across Thailand and Myanmar over to the Andaman sea in the Bay of Bengal.<\/p>\n
