Simultaneously, Northeast Monsoon has onset over Tamilnadu, Kerala and adjoining areas of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. There is a Mid-Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over West Central Bay of Bengal near the Andhra Pradesh Coast.
