Few observations from IMD and other weather observations:
The Axis of Monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Bikaner, Sikar, Delhi, Lucknow, Bokaro, Kolkata and thence Southeastwards to Northeast Bay of Bengal extending up to 1.5 km above mean sea level.
The System over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch tracked Westwards yesterday and a Low was formed over Northeast Arabian Sea near Kutch\/Sindh. Today it lies as a Well marked Low Pressure over North Arabian sea South of Pakistan. The
Associated Cyclonic Circulation extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level also persists. It is likely to move away westwards.
There is a trough from Cyclonic Circulation associated with the Well Marked Low Pressure area over North Arabian sea and neighborhood to North Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood across South Rajasthan between 2.1 km & 4.5 km above mean sea level.
There is a Cyclonic Circulation between 3.1 km & 5.8 km above mean sea level over Northwest Bay of Bengal & neighborhood. Under its influence a Low Pressure area is likely to form over North and adjoining West Central Bay Bengal in a day or two..<\/p>\r\n
