Based on IMD Mid-day Bulletin:<\/p>\n
The Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation over north Afghanistan & neighbouhood at Mid-Tropospheric levels along with induced Cyclonic Circulation over Northwest Rajasthan & neighborhood at lower levels is very likely to cause widespread precipitation with heavy rainfall\/snow at isolated to few places along with thunderstorm, hailstorm and lightning over Western Himalayan region on 12th & 13th December.<\/p>\n
Under the influence of induced Cyclonic Circulation, isolated heavy rainfall is also likely over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh during the same period. Isolated thunderstorm accompanied with hail and lightning is also likely over plains of Northwest India.<\/p>\n
Other observations:<\/p>\n
The Minimum Temperature has declined towards normal to slightly below normal over many parts of Gujarat.<\/p>\n

Due to Northwest and Westerly winds on 12th & 13th December, there is a possibility of Foggy weather in morning of both the days. Also due to the effect of Western Disturbance, there is a slight possibility of Scattered showers over Isolated places of North Gujarat & Kutch on one of the two days (12th\/13th). The Minimum Temperature is expected to be slightly higher on 12th & 13th December.
\nThe winds will again become from Northeast and the Temperature will decline to slightly below normal on 14th\/16th December and further decline between 17th to 19th December when the Minimum Temperature could be 2 to 3 C lower than normal. The day time temperature will also decrease by 3 to 4 C.<\/p>\n
