Current Weather Conditions on 27th May 2019<\/h4>\n

Yesterday the Maximum Temperature has increased and is above normal over most places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. The Maximum Temperatures were:<\/p>\n

Rajkot 42.7 C ( +1 C above normal), Amreli 42.2 C (+1 C above normal), Surendranagar 43.0 C, Gandhinagar 42.5 C, Ahmedabad 43.0 C, ( +1 C above normal), Kandala (A) 42.6 C.<\/p>\n

Moderate windy conditions prevailed over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch on most days, especially in evening period.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Forecast Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 28th May to 3rd June 2019<\/h4>\n

Maximum Temperature range for Hot Centers of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat are expected to be 43C to 45C during the forecast period. Hot Centers expected over North Gujarat, Eastern Saurashtra and some pockets of Kutch.<\/p>\n

Wind mainly Westerly directions during the forecast period with higher wind speed during the later parts of forecast period. Saurashtra & Kutch expected to have higher wind speeds compared to Gujarat. Windy conditions expected mostly in evening periods. There will be an Upper Air instability over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch from 31st May on wards with increase in morning Humidity. Evening Humidity could increase in latter parts of Forecast period.<\/p>\n

Rest Of India:<\/h4>\n

Kerala & Karnataka: Expected to receive cumulative 5 Cms. to 8 Cms. of rain during the forecast period.
\nAndaman & Nicobar: Expected to receive cumulative 10 Cms. to 15 Cms. of rain during the forecast period.<\/p>\n

As per IMD: The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) continues to pass through Lat. 5\u00b0N\/Long. 81\u00b0E, Lat. 7\u00b0N\/Long. 88\u00b0E, Hut Bay and Lat. 14\u00b0N\/Long. 98\u00b0E. Conditions are likely to become favorable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into some more parts of South Bay of Bengal, Andaman Islands and north Andaman Sea during 29th\u00ad-30th May.<\/p>\n
