IST<\/h4>\n<p>The Low Pressure System that developed into a Well Marked Low Pressure on 28th East of Sri Lanka has tracked over Sri Lanka yesterday and also concentrated into a Depression. Subsequently the System has strengthened\u00a0 to a Deep Depression early morning and further into a Cyclonic Storm &#8216;OCKHI&#8217; today.
