coastal Andhra Pradesh and extends up to<br \/>\n1.5 km above mean sea level.<\/h3>\n<h3>The Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Vidarbha &amp; neighborhood persists and now extends<br \/>\nbetween 1.5 &amp;
