It strengthened further to a Well Marked Low Pressure yesterday located at 18.2N &amp; 88.4E. Early this morning the System strengthened further to a Depression located at 20.0N &amp; 90.5E. with 1003 mb. pressure. The winds are of 45 to 50 Kms.\/hour. It is about 300 Kms.
