Latest development is that 99W.INVEST that is being monitored by JTWC  has crossed over from Gulf of Thailand and into the South Andaman Sea yesterday.  On 10th November 2014 @ 0000 UTC this System is a Low Pressure located at 9.1 N & 95.2 E. with 20 knots winds and 1006 Central Pressure. The clouding associated with this System are mainly to the North West of the System Center and is in vicinity of  Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Forecast: 10th to 13th November 2014

99W.INVEST is expected to strengthen further and track towards Tamilnadu Coast by 13th November. Tamilnadu expected to get rainfall from this System on 12th/13th November.
