Brief Update:
The Deep Depression over East Central Arabian Sea intensified to a Cyclonic Storm ‘NISARGA’ around 02.30 pm. It is expected to tracks mainly Northwards next 12 hours. The winds blowing 60-70 kms/hour and gusting up to 80 kms/hour. Subsequently move towards North Maharashtra Coast on 3rd June 2020. 


There is moisture incursion from Arabian Sea, Upper Air Instability and also peripheral Clouding associated with the current System will come over Gujarat and so Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch will get Pre-Monsoon activity on most days during the week. Rainfall quantum to be higher in Southern parts of Gujarat State due to the effects of the System.
