Update for Weather Conditions on 5th January 2020

On 6th January the wind direction will be from East side so no chance of fog tomorrow .

Current Weather Conditions on 1st January 2020

Observations:

The Minimum Temperature has declined and remained low during last four to five days over many parts of Gujarat.

Minimum Temperature on 1st January 2020 was as under:

Bhuj 7.0 C

Amreli 8.6 C

Rajkot 8.7 C

Keshod 8.2 C

Kandla (A) 9.8 C

Kandla (P) 10.4 C

Deesa/Porbandar 10.6 C

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: 1st January to 7th January 2020

The winds will be from Northeast and North during most days of forecast period. The wind speed will be 7 to 25 km/hour at different places on different days. In short the wind speeds will be erratic during the forecast period. Winds expected from Northwest on 6th January, so morning Humidity will be high and possibility of Fog. The morning Humidity will also be high on 2/3 January due to cloudy weather. Clear weather expected from 3rd/4th on wards.

The Temperature expected to increase from tomorrow and will be 2 to 3 C above current Temperature and will again go above 10 C. Day time Temperature is also expected to be below normal over most parts of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat due to cloudy weather till 3rd.
