Current Weather Conditions on 18th October 2019
From IMD Bulletin:
The Low Pressure Area over Southeast Arabian Sea & adjoining areas of Lakshadweep and Eastcentral Arabian Sea with the Associated Cyclonic Circulation extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level persists. It is likely to become more Marked over Eastcentral Arabian Sea around 20th October.
Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy rainfall is very likely to occur over south peninsular India during next 4-5 days. Heavy to very heavy rainfalls at isolated places is also likely over Coastal Karnataka during next 24 hours.
Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 18th to 23rd October 2019
The weather will remain mostly dry with sunshine and the Temperature will be near normal at around 36 C over most places from 19th October. Clouding expected to start around 19th October till the rest of the Forecast period. The Maximum temperature would decrease in places with clouding. Winds mainly from East side. A trough from the UAC of the Low Pressure System over Southeast Arabian Sea is expected to extend up to Maharashtra. Due to this there is a possibility of un-seasonal scattered showers or scattered Rain over South Coastal Saurashtra Districts of Porbandar, Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli & Bhavnagr & South Gujarat some days during 20th to 23rd October.
Advance Indications: 24th October to 3rd November 2019
Both Arabian Sea as well as the Bay of Bengal is expected to remain active and is expected to host Low Pressure Systems during this period. ECMWF and GFS models have different strength as well as timings for the Systems.

દક્ષિણ પૂર્વ સમુદ્ર માં લો પ્રેસર થયું છે અને તેના આનુસંગિક યુએસી 5.8 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે. હજુ 20 તારીખ સુધી માં વેલ માર્કંડ થઇ શકે છે.
દક્ષિણ ભારત તેમજ ગોઆ અને મહારાષ્ટ્ર માં ઘણા વિસ્તાર માં મધ્યમ/ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે આવતા 4-5 દિવસ.
આગાહી: સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ અને ગુજરાત 18 થી 23 ઓક્ટોબર 2019
વાતાવરણ પ્રમાણ માં સૂકું અને તડકો રહેશે અને તાપમાન નોર્મલ 36 C આસપાસ તારીખ 19 સુધી રહેશે. જનરલ પવન પૂર્વ ના રહેશે. તારીખ 19 પછી અમુક વિસ્તાર માં વાદળ થશે. જે વિસ્તારો માં વાદળ થશે ત્યાં તાપમાન માં થોડો ઘટાડો જોવા મળશે. અરબી સમુદ્ર માં લો આનુસંગિક યુએસી નો ટ્રફ મહારાષ્ટ્ર સુધી લંબાશે. તારીખ 20/23 દરમિયાન અમુક દિવસ દક્ષિણ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર દરિયા પટ્ટી ના જિલ્લાઓ પોરબંદર, જૂનાગઢ, ગીર સોમનાથ, અમરેલી, ભાવનગર અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત બાજુ માવઠા રૂપી છુટા છવાયા ઝાપટા તેમજ છુટા છવાયો વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે.
આગોતરું એંધાણ: 24 ઓક્ટોબર થી 3 નવેમ્બર 2019
અરબી સમુદ્ર તેમજ બંગાળ ની ખાડી શક્રિય રહેશે જેથી આ સમય માં સિસ્ટમ થયા રાખશે માટે સાવચેત રહેવું. ECMWF અને GFS બંને મોડલ પ્રમાણે સિસ્ટમ ની મજબૂતાઈ તેમજ ટાઈમિંગ માં ફેર ફાર રહ્યા કરશે.
