Current Meteorological features based on IMD Bulletin :
Under the influence of the Cyclonic Circulation over North coastal Odisha & neighborhood, a Low Pressure area has formed over Northwest Bay of Bengal off West Bengal Coast. Associated Cyclonic circulation extends up to 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting Southwestwards with height. It is likely to become more marked during next 24 hours.
The axis of monsoon trough at mean sea level now passes through Amritsar, Patiala, Delhi, Hamirpur, Churk, Daltonganj, Jamshedpur, center of Low Pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal off West Bengal Coast and thence Southeastwards to Eastcentral Bay of Bengal.
A cyclonic circulation at 3.1 km above mean sea level lies over central parts of Rajasthan & neighborhood.
Brief Forecast:
The Bay of Bengal System is expected to track towards Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh during the next few days and due to this the Low or UAC of the System, a good round of rainfall is expected over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat during 16th to19th August 2018. The details of area wise quantum will be given in update on 15th August 2018.

હાલ ની પરિસ્થિતિ અને નિચોડ: 13 ઓગસ્ટ 2018
નોર્થ વેસ્ટ બંગાળ ની ખાડી માં પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ ના કિનારા નજીક એક લો પ્રેસર થયું છે, જેના અનૂસંગિક યુએસી 5.8 કિમિ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે. હજુ તે વેલમાર્કડ લો થશે (મજબૂત થશે ) .
ચોમાસુ ધરી હાલ પંજાબ ના અમૃતસર થી દિલ્હી, જમશેદપુર અને લો પ્રેસર સેન્ટર અને ત્યાંથી મધ્ય પૂર્વ બંગાળ ની ખાડી સુધી લંબાય છે. આવતા ત્રણેક દિવસ માં ધરીનો પશ્ચિમ છેડો નોર્મલ બાજુ આવે તેવી શક્યતા છે.
સિસ્ટમ ઝારખંડ અને મધ્ય પ્રદેશ બાજુ જશે. આવતા દિવસો આ સિસ્ટમ ના લો/કે યુએસી થી 16 થી 19 ઓગસ્ટ દરમિયાન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં સારા વરસાદ ના રાઉન્ડ ની શક્યતા છે.
આ રાઉન્ડ સિસ્ટમ આધારિત હોય તારીખ 15 ઓગસ્ટ ના અલગ અલગ વિસ્તાર માં વરસાદ ની માત્રા અંગે ની અપડેટ થશે.
